How do you count users?

We count all users that can log into your account.  If you have temporary or seasonal workers, you can deactivate them anytime.

This is a huge advantage over “active user” plans that count everyone that logs in, since with our pricing plans, you’ll never be surprised with a massive bill for usage – and you aren’t penalized for training your learners!

Are there annual pre-payment discounts?

What if my business model doesn’t fit with these plans?

Every business is unique – though some have more complex needs than others.  We’ve customized plans for other clients, and can do the same for you.  Just reach out to us to discuss.

How do we get trained?

We provide exceptional free training for your initial and future system administrators.

What if I need a custom integration?

We can integrate with pretty much any system.  Bring us your challenge and our integration team will work their magic.

What languages are supported?

All of our plans support English, French, and Spanish. Our Enterprise plans also support Arabic, Filipino, German, Hindi, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Thai.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and cheque payments are accepted.

How much are additional users?

It depends on your plan.  For the Small Business plan, it’s $2 per user over 50; For Corporate, $1 per user over 300, and for Enterprise $.50 per user over 1,000 – contact us  for higher volume pricing.

No worries!  We release new features every 6-8 weeks, so there are plenty of opportunities for us to discuss your feature and find a way to integrate it into our platform to the benefit of all of our users.

Each plan comes with unlimited Exceptional Support.  You’ll typically get a response either immediately or within minutes, but definitely within 3 business hours.
